Website, Email & SMS License $200
  • Price: $200
  • Platforms & Usage: Embedding the video file on the Brand's owned website (e.g., Shopify product pages, landing pages), usage in Email Marketing newsletters, and SMS marketing blasts.
  • Duration: 12 months from delivery date.
  • Ownership: TheReviewRewind retains copyright.
  • License Type: Non-exclusive, worldwide.
Whitelisting / Spark Ads Add-On $200 – $600
  • Price: Tiered — 3 Months: +$200 ($67/mo), 6 Months: +$350 ($58/mo), 12 Months: +$600 ($50/mo)
  • Platforms: TikTok (Spark Ads), Instagram (Partnership Ads), Facebook (Partnership Ads) only. Not available on YouTube, X, LinkedIn, or Pinterest.
  • Definition: Grants the brand permission to run paid advertisements that appear to originate from TheReviewRewind's social media handle. Viewers see TheReviewRewind's profile picture and handle with a "Sponsored" label.
  • How It Works: TheReviewRewind posts the video and provides a one-time authorization code. The brand enters this code into their ad manager to run ads—no account access is exchanged.
  • Usage: Strictly for paid ad injection; the video remains on TheReviewRewind's profile and does not appear as an organic post on the brand's feed.

Standard Terms & Legal Nuances

Important terms that apply to all licenses.

1. Amazon Commissions & Onsite Clause CRITICAL

For all licenses except "Full Copyright Transfer," TheReviewRewind retains the exclusive right to earn onsite commissions via the Amazon Influencer Program.

  • The Brand agrees not to upload the video file directly to Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, or Amazon Product Detail Pages, as this conflicts with the Creator's onsite placement.
  • The Brand agrees not to file copyright claims against TheReviewRewind's onsite placement of the content.
2. Modification Rights

Brands purchasing any "Paid Social Ads" license are permitted to make minor edits to the content for length and format (e.g., creating 6-second hooks, vertical crops), provided the edits do not misrepresent the Creator's original review or opinion.

Restriction:

Brands may not create "hooks" or edits that misrepresent the Creator's original review, manipulate the narrative to claim false benefits, or utilize AI to clone the Creator's voice or likeness for new sentences not originally spoken.

3. Exclusivity
  • All licenses are Non-Exclusive by default. TheReviewRewind reserves the right to work with other brands in the same category.
  • Exclusivity (agreeing not to work with competitors) can be negotiated for an additional fee.
4. Raw Footage $250 Flat Fee
  • Raw files/source footage are not included in standard licenses.
  • Price: $250 Flat Fee.
  • Includes all unedited camera files.
